Please note that the home utilizes a spring fed well for water from the Roundout Reservoir. Be mindful of your water use, as multiple showers and using the dishwasher and laundry can result in depleting the supply. If that happens, it will take a couple of hours for the well to refill. Because of this, we do not allow exterior water usage for items like a kiddie pool, slip n slide and the like.
