🌊 A Note About Our Shoreline

Longboard sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico, on a naturally shifting barrier-island shoreline. Coastal conditions can change the amount and shape of sand along the property from season to season.

The good news: we’re already seeing sand return along portions of the shoreline. Other areas currently have deeper water along the seawall, creating excellent fishing opportunities directly from the decks.

A major shoreline restoration project is scheduled for this winter, so fall guests will have a front-row seat to a changing piece of the Gulf Coast.
