The space is open-concept and has double-height ceilings.
On the upper level you will find an open bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and another full bathroom. The property also features Alexa, a patio, and a front terrace overlooking the green areas and the pool.
