The space
The space is open-concept and has double-height ceilings.
On the upper level you will find an open bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and another full bathroom. The property also features Alexa, a patio, and a front terrace overlooking the green areas and the pool.

The property is located within a private condominium; the entrance is independent; the pool has solar panels and is shared (keep in mind that the temperature is colder in winter); there is 1 parking space within the residential development; 24-hour surveillance; and security cameras.

To get to the condo you have to go through a stretch of dirt road, but it is safe and without any issues for cars.

The adjacent land is a hot air balloon port where hot air balloons sometimes come out that make a little noise, but if you are an early riser, the show is amazing.

Being a property surrounded by green areas and water, there may be mosquitoes or other insects. We spray constantly, but it is advisable to bring repellent and keep the doors with the mosquito net closed.
