Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of Php 1,500 will be required upon check in. This covers any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules during the stay. The security deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours following a unit inspection after check out.

Maximum Occupancy
Maximum of 6 guests allowed in the unit. Registered guests only. No overnight visitors unless approved in advance. Extra person charges of Php 650/ person applies after the 4th guest.

Parking
Outdoor and streetside parking is on a first come, first served basis. Only one vehicle per reservation. Kindly inform us if parking is needed so we can share you the parking instructions.

No Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside the unit, including the balcony, bathroom, and hallways.
A cleaning fee of ₱1,500 will be charged for violation.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the unit and within the condominium premises.

Noise Policy
Please respect the neighbors.
Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.

Alcohol Consumption
Drink responsibly. Disruptive behavior due to intoxication can lead to eviction from the stay with no refund of the reservation payment.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
Please treat the unit as your own home.
Dispose of garbage properly in designated bins – Wet and Dry.
Report any damage or malfunction immediately.
Damages caused during your stay may be charged against your security deposit.

Make up Room Requests
For multiple night reservations, a fee of Php 500 per make up room request will apply.

Use of Appliances and Furniture
Kindly use appliances, furniture, and provided items responsibly.
Do not move large furniture without permission.

Use of Pool and Gym
Open from 8 AM to 9 PM
Free gym access.
Swimming pool access is Php 250/ guest. Register and pay at the reception desk.
Bring change of clothes before leaving the pool. A washroom/ change room is available for use near the pools. Walking with wet clothes around the common areas is not allowed.

Security
Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the unit.
Do not share passcodes with unregistered guests.

Other things to note
• Located on the ground floor for easy access — ideal for guests with luggage or families.
•Small terrace with chairs and table for relaxation.
•Guests may log in to their own streaming accounts like Netflix or Disney+

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, just very near Azalea Hotels & Residences. Down the road, along Leonard Wood Road will be restaurants like Tien-Tien Hotpot & Restaurant, La Brent Tea and Café, Sizzling Plate, etc., a club called The Ampersand, grocery stores, government office which is the PhilHealth Office, spa and several other shops. Just across the road will be the entrance to Teacher’s Camp and can lead to the Track and Field Oval for a morning run.
