Ready for lake days and sunshine? Think of this 5 BR waterfront home perched on the hill overlooking the Lake of Egypt as your relaxing and fun retreat. Sleeps 14. Master bedroom has it's own bath, soaking tub and shower. 3 additional full baths. Bunk room with 4 beds in the basement. Several comfy seating areas both upstairs and downstairs. The basement is perfectly set up for gathering around the bar, poker table, watching TV or reading and game area. Boat Dock with slide and swim platform.

The space
Spacious and open floor plan includes large living room upstairs with several seating areas, fireplace and sliding doors to the wrap around deck. Everyone can gather at the table, side tables and/or kitchen bar. Master bedroom with bath, soaking tub and shower. One bedroom upstairs has bunk beds and shares a bath with the third br. The basement is amazing! Game area with smart large screen tv, poker table, basketball hoop, bar and hangout space for games or reading or even napping on the pull out couch. Please note: Must cross the street to get to the waterfront lot with dock and slide! There are several steps down to the water. There will be a boat on the dock. Feel free to tie up your boat on the outside of the dock or rent a boat delivered to the dock from Weiner Rides! Don't miss out on your chance to relax at Lake of Egypt, hike at Ferne Clyffe State Park or hit the wine trail! We are seasoned super-hosts for many years and ready to host you!

The entire home is available to guests except for one locked closet, the waterfront lot is also available with dock and swim platform. Pole barn next door is not accessible.

Other things to note
Must cross the street to get to the waterfront lot with dock. There are several steps down to the water.
Owners boat stays at the boat dock. You can tie up on the side.
