• Step out onto the small balcony for fresh air and a view. Just note, the outdoor aircon unit might make it a bit warm if the AC is on.

• The locked cabinet under the bar table is off-limits, as it holds cleaning supplies and reserved linens.

Here are a few things to keep in mind before booking:
• 🏋️♂️ 4th Floor Walk-Up: The unit is on the 4th floor, and there’s no elevator. It’s a great for your health but may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.
• 🪪 We will need a digital copy of your ID and names of other guests (no need for their IDs) as we will submit this to the property admin office to process your gate pass so you can enter the premises..
• 🔒 Secured Entry: The unit has a digital door lock for your safety and convenience.
• 🚫 No Pets: Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed in the unit.
• 🚫 Not allowed to hang any kind of clothes on the balcony
• 💦 Pool Access: Let me know in advance if you plan to use the pool so I can secure a permit for up to 4 guests.
• There's paid parking, ₱100/overnight paid at the guardhouse.
Early Check in & Late Check out:
• If it's more than 6+ hours early check in and/or late check out - we will charge an extra night
• If it's less than 6 hours early check in and/or late check out - we charge ₱65/hour
• All early check in and late check out requests are upon approval as we have to check if it's possible or not. Please request at least 3 days ahead.
Shortages, Downtime, Maintenance Disclaimer
• Any water, electricity, and internet shortages, downtime or maintenance is out of our control and therefore we cannot offer any refunds.
