Perfect for groups of up to 4, guests will enjoy full and private access to our spacious 2-bedroom condo unit—your home away from home. After a day of exploring, head up to the rooftop to relax and take in breathtaking views of the Naga River, city skyline, and the majestic Mount Isarog.
The rooftop features a serene mini park, a fun and safe playground for children, and cozy lounging areas where you can unwind or enjoy quiet conversations under the open sky. There's also a designated shared space for drying clothes and plenty of room for little ones to play, always within sight for peace of mind.

Paid parking is available upon request. As I do not have a designated parking space, I can assist in arranging paid parking in advance if needed. Please note that parking availability in the basement of Deca Sentrio Midrise Condo is not guaranteed and is always subject to availability upon request.
For secured parking, we can arrange this for an additional nightly fee upon request.
🧹 Cleaning & Linen Change
Requests for additional cleaning or linen/towel changes during your stay are available for a fee.
🪪 ID Requirement
For security and check-in purposes, a valid ID is required from the guest and all companions upon arrival.
This is part of our standard procedure to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests.
⚡ Important Notice: Power Outages
The building is equipped with a central generator that powers essential common areas (e.g., hallways) during outages.
⚠Note: The power generator will automatically turn on in case of power interruptions.
🚫 Policy on Undeclared Guests & Visitors
Overnight Guests
The maximum number of guests must be declared at the time of booking.
“Guests” include both adults and children.
Infants (0–2 years old) stay free and are not counted in the guest total, but must still be declared in advance.
Children aged 3 years old and above are counted as paying guests.
Failure to declare the correct number of guests in advance will be considered a violation of house rules.
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the unit.
Undeclared or unauthorized overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
If You Wish to Add Guests:
Please inform us in advance.
Additional charges may apply depending on the number of guests and length of stay.
Unauthorized Guests May Result In:
Cancellation of the reservation without refund,
A penalty of ₱500 per undeclared guest per night,
And/or a report to Airbnb for violation of house rules.
👥 Day Visitors (Allowed with Conditions)
Visitors are allowed from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only unless otherwise approved by the host.
Please notify the host beforehand if you plan to have visitors.
Failure to provide prior notification will be considered a violation of the house rules.
The registered guest is responsible for visitor behavior, damages, and adherence to building rules.
“Guest” refers to both children and adults.
Please keep noise to a minimum to respect other residents.
⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and carry an additional fee.

📹 Security & CCTV Notice
For safety and monitoring, a CCTV camera is installed in the hallway/outside the unit’s front door.
Important:
This is strictly for security purposes.
Strictly prohibited to unplug the Tapo camera from the socket at any time.
There are no cameras inside the unit, ensuring your privacy is fully respected.
