The two bedroom Airbnb overlooks the 11th tee box of Scotsdale Golf course, and directly across from the Little Sugar Trails Trailhead - Scotsdale Drive (bike and hike). Access all the Little Sugar trails from your front door - trail connects to Back 40. Walk 10 minutes to play golf, or drive 5 minutes to lake. Private entrance and space.

LI Airbnb is located in NWA - Bella Vista. Bella Vista possess 7 lakes, 7 golf courses, and 100+ miles of single track mountain biking and hiking trails.

The space
Living Quarters
Nine hundred square feet. The Airbnb is on the first (bottom) floor of the home. We live on the second (top) floor, and the Airbnb consumes most of the first floor.

Spacious living area, queen beds, ceiling fans in all rooms, high speed WiFi, smart-enable TVs in all rooms, Amazon Echo, cook and eat inside and out.

Two bedroom Airbnb overlooks the 11th tee box of Scotsdale Golf course, and directly across from the Little Sugar (Mountain Biking) Trails Trailhead - Scotsdale Drive. Access all the Little Sugar trails from your front door - trail connects to Back 40. Browning Creek across street. The creek is a 5 minute walk from the house, and has swimming holes if you venture south down the creek. Loch Lomond kayak, paddle board, and boat rental a 7 minute drive. Frisbee golf, pickle ball, and shuffle board 6 minute drive.
