Our comfortable living area includes a sofa and footstool, dining table with 2 chairs, and a 42-inch smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for meal preparation. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed with Simba mattress, built-in wardrobe with shelves and plantation shutters. The ensuite bathroom features a Prado shower and Velux window. Enjoy the outdoors and our wonderful Brixham views on the private terrace with comfortable furniture, sun beds, outdoor dining table, parasol, and gas BBQ, or relax on the higher-level terrace with more town and harbour views. We also offer free private parking on-site for your convenience.

Located in a quiet residential area 0.4 miles from the harbour. Set up on a hill with arguably the best views of the town, harbour and sea. Close to all of Brixham's wonderful amenities but away from the main hustle and bustle allowing you to return to a calm and idyllic retreat for your base.

We moved here from Bucks in March 21 and are lucky to have most of our family in the area. The first 2 years were full of house renovations and we are now enjoying our revamped home! We mostly enjoy coastal walks and eating out at all the amazing restaurants & cafes in the area. My hobbies are sea swims, making sourdough bread, marmalades, baking and more recently started watercolour painting and creating cards which you can buy in Little Trevio.
