Welcome to the charming J.W. Tucker House, a lovingly restored 1920s Craftsman duplex in the Central High Historic District. Enjoy historic charm with modern conveniences, an open floor plan, and a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom. Located within walking distance of Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Central High School National Historic Site, and within a 5-minute drive of downtown Little Rock and UAMS.

The space
The apartment features a spacious living area with original built-ins, a non-functional fireplace, and a 55" Roku TV with access to Netflix, Sling, Hulu, etc.

The separate bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed and en suite bathroom. Original hardwood floors and historic architectural details are found throughout the apartment.

The kitchen has utensils, pots, pans, toaster, cups, plates, and cleaning supplies.

The king size bed has a memory foam mattress.

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and has a hair dryer.

There is an outdoor security camera on the premises for security and insurance purposes.
