Welcome to the charming J.W. Tucker House , a duplex located in the Central High Historic District. This historic craftsman was built in 1920s and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Featuring an open floor plan and separate bedroom with on suite bathroom. Located within walking distance of Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Central High School National Historic Site and within a 5 minute drive of downtown, and UAMS.

The space
The apartment features the original hardwood floors, original fireplace (non-functional), built-ins, and a 55" Roku TV with access to Netlifx, Sling, Hulu, etc.

The kitchen has utensils, pots, pans, toaster, cups, plates, and cleaning supplies.

The king size bed has a memory foam mattress.

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and has a hair dryer.

There is an outdoor security camera on the premises for security and insurance purposes.

Our space is NOT child or infant friendly. No photography or video shoots allowed.
