Welcome to Linda’s Beach House in sunny Venice! Just 3 minutes from the beach, this 4-bedroom home is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. Families, couples, and even grandparents will love the big backyard with a heated pool, playground, picnic area, BBQ, and fireplace. Inside, the sunroom is a cozy place to sip your morning coffee while looking out at the green field. With plenty of space and flexible sleeping options, it’s easy to settle in and make lasting memories here.

Guest access
You’ll have the whole place to yourself! That includes the house, backyard, playground, and all outdoor spaces. There’s plenty of parking right on the property. We’re tucked away on a quiet street (5863 Venisota Rd), but just a quick drive from the beach, restaurants, and downtown Venice.

Other things to note
3 minutes to Manasota Key Beach and close to Caspersen Beach (famous for shark tooth hunting!).

Downtown Venice is full of cute shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Love the outdoors? The Legacy Trail is nearby for biking and walking.

Easy day trips to Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Myakka River State Park.

The house is family-friendly with outdoor play equipment — just be sure kids are supervised when using the playground or fireplace.
