6 bedroom 4.5 Bathroom house with extended sun deck offering ALL day sun, outdoor lounge area and 180 degree lily pond views. Furnished to a hotel standard with many added benefits including themed rooms, unique video game floor, xbox one, arcade machines, foosball table and theater room with projector screen. Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5 mile drive) from a Publix supermarket and Restaurants at Champions Gate. There is an Imax movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.1 mile drive) away.

Access to the resort is available for a fee of $37.45 for a group of 12 or less. The fee is paid directly to the resort and provides guest access for the length of the stay. The resort has plenty to offer including a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground/recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe where you can enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!
