Guest access
Outside of the condo, guests will have access to the building’s outdoor deck alongside the ski trail, complete with a shared electric grill, as well as the shared/paid laundry room.

For a fee, our guests can access the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool at the Christmas Farm Inn, 6 miles up the road in Jackson. Day passes are $20/person, or $50/family.

Other things to note
• The loft bedroom does not have a door or a closet
• No smoking
• No parties
• No pets
• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old
• I am typically available via the app between 7am-9pm

Hi, I’m Jim! My wife, Bri, and I started hosting in 2020 with Summit Vista. In 2023, we added Lift Haus, a ski-in/ski-out condo at Attitash, and in 2025, we were excited to welcome Timberhaus, a cozy single-family chalet, to our lineup. We live in Scituate, MA with our two kids, Keely and Brodie, and head north whenever we can to ski, ride, and hike.
