Thoughtfully designed for couples, families, and outdoor enthusiasts, Lift Haus comfortably sleeps 4 guests and includes:
• Private bedroom with solid wood queen bed, Nectar memory foam mattress, Tempur-Pedic pillows, cozy UGG bedding, and Dohm white noise machine
• Sleeping loft featuring a solid wood full-size bed with memory foam mattress
• Queen sleeper sofa in the living area
• Soaring ceilings, skylights, and natural light throughout
• Gas fireplace, local mountain artwork, and custom pine accent wall

Guest access
Outside of the condo, guests will have access to the building’s outdoor deck alongside the ski trail, complete with a shared electric grill, as well as the shared/paid laundry room.
For a fee, our guests can access the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool at the Christmas Farm Inn, 6 miles up the road in Jackson. Day passes are $20/person, or $50/family.
Other things to note
• The loft bedroom does not have a door or a closet
• No smoking
• No parties
• No pets
• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old
• I am typically available via the app between 7am-9pm

Hi, I’m Jim!
My wife, Bri, and I started hosting in 2020 with Summit Vista. In 2023, we added Lift Haus, a ski-in/ski-out condo at Attitash, and in 2025, we were excited to welcome Timberhaus, a cozy single-family chalet, to our lineup.
We live in Scituate, MA with our two kids, Keely and Brodie, and head north whenever we can to ski, ride, and hike.
