This single-story, ground-level coastal retreat is located just a 2-minute walk to the Alabama beach access (complete with wheelchair-accessible beach access and bathrooms). Beautifully updated, the home boasts modern furnishings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded bathrooms, and a fully fenced yard for total privacy.

-Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited. Driveway and front lawn parking accommodate up to 5–6 vehicles.
-Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

You will be a short two-minute walk to a beautiful beach access on Alabama Avenue. This access is wheelchair friendly and has bathrooms.

Street parking is not allowed. You can park on the grassy area in front of the house if needed. You can fit approximately 5-6 cars in the driveway and grassy area.
