Recently redesigned 2 bedroom 2 bath condo only STEPS to the ocean. This is a 3rd floor penthouse villa with partial ocean views from the front bedroom. Get the best of both worlds with golf course, pool views, and sunsets to the west and the beautiful pristine beach to the east. Relax and sip your coffee from the enclosed patio which can be opened up to let the coastal breezes flow through for that fresh beach air. Grab a beach chair and head to the private beach entrance that is steps away.

The space
Walk into this fresh, light, bright, and tastefully designed space and you will immediately feel at home and relaxed. Enjoy the comforts of the open floorplan dining and living space, or take a rest in the King size master bed donned with beautiful crisp white linens and plenty of pillows. Kick your feet up in the rattan club chair with ottoman and immerse yourself in a good book. Sip a glass of wine in the evening from the patio and marvel at the amazing sunsets.
