Leticia Villa is a cozy villa of 60sqm, that accommodates up to 4 people, full of positive energy located in the picturesque village of Marpissa, well known for its rich cultural life, respecting the aesthetics of the place and the harmony of the surroundings.
An ideal choice for families with kids, couples, or friends looking for peace and relaxation. The view from the pool area is unlimited overlooking the hills of Marpisa and the sandy beach of Molos.

The villa impresses with its unique atmosphere. It is part of an exclusive complex that includes a total of three villas sharing a magnificent pool. From there, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the sandy beach of Molos. The Piso Livadi beach is just 1.8 km, and the Logaras beach is 1.9 km away.
Just 5 km away is one of the most beautiful beaches in Paros: Golden Beach, including a popular beach club called "Rebels" (our absolute favorite bar). Water enthusiasts will find plenty of activities to enjoy, such as windsurfing, kayaking, diving, and water skiing. Despite the activities, this place maintains a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The beach bar offers delicious, healthy food and signature cocktails that you can enjoy all day in a laid-back atmosphere.
Other things to note
For tax reasons, we need a passport number and one address that you declare to us by the arrival. Also for 2024 there is a state tax of 10€/night per house that you pay by arrival.
There are no additional house rules, we will be glad to respect our space! Have a pleasant stay! Pool hours 8.00am-9.00pm.
