Please note, Le Petite is more suited as a Pied-a-terre with a kitchenette (no oven)...but with all the amazing restaurants and dining options Asheville has to offer, guests will most likely be dining out quite often as the food scene rivals those in large metropolitan cities.

There is a lovely fully fenced in back yard for guests to utilize as well as a small outdoor dining area. Please note, Pergola use is for the owners and their family members only. Thank you for understanding.

Please be advised that guests will need to climb 1 flight of stairs to access the upstairs bedroom and Juliet balcony but will certainly enjoy the mountain views for cocktails and alfresco dining.
