Lefkada Serenity is a welcoming spacious villa with a stunning sea view. It is independent, with two floors and a private pool. It provides you with all necessary facilities you will need for relaxed holidays.

The space
On the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada (Greece), Nydri community is located. Here, the visitor is welcome to stay at this spacious villa, Lefkada Serenity, and enjoy both the great view and facilities. This airy and bright 3-bedroom villa with a swimming pool offers an ideal environment to relax and enjoy your privacy.
There are plenty of activities such as to explore the surrounding islands by boat and visit several beaches or nearby small villages which offers exceptional food and drinks.
Our visitors should not hesitate to ask us anything that will make their holidays exceptional.

Lefkada Serenity Villa offers comfortable accommodation for 6 persons. There are three bedrooms, one master bedroom in the upper floor and two more bedrooms on the first floor. Every bedroom has its own spacious closet with hangers and drawers. There is also enough space to store your luggage. Additionally, both rooms in the ground floor have access to the pool and veranda and great view. The master bedroom is placed in the second floor and provides you with privacy and amazing sea view.
However, vacations are all about family and friends and therefore, there is a lot of space, isolated from the bedrooms, to spend quality time with them. The living/sitting room where all residents can relax communicates with a fully equipped kitchen and with the outdoors BBQ, where you can organize and prepare delicious meals with your favorite ingredients.
So enjoy the tranquility of a stress-free environment with your family and friends in the swimming pool area or veranda. During the night the neighborhood is quiet and sometimes a bit cool outside so you can sit in the veranda or pool and gaze at the stars under the sound of the scope owls and other birds.

Lefkada serenity villa is located 16km far away from Lefkada town, close to the community of Nydri, allowing our visitors to enjoy a unique view of the nearby small islands, and the Vlychos bay.
In Nydri, you can walk around and visit several restaurants and great places to enjoy either your coffee or drink next to the sea. Take a ferry and visit the neighbour islands of Meganisi, Ithaca and Kefalonia. Rend a boat and explore the unique beauty of private beaches in Lefkada coastline and the surrounding islands.
You may also visit sandy beaches which are located along the coast or a gorgeous waterfall, which is close to the villa and ends into a gorge with white rocks. Many visitors swim in its crystal clear yet cold waters.
In case that you enjoy participation in either feasts or events, every summer, a series of them are organized and take place in Nydri, including the International Folklore Festival.
And ifyou like water sports, windsurfing or kitesurfing is the goal, you can visit Vasiliki in the south, known for its strong blustery winds or places in north of the island, nearby Lefkada town, in where the winds are not so strong and far more smooth, suitable for kitesurfing.
If you are a culture lover, you may visit the fortress of Agia Mavra in the northeast of the city, the ruins of the ancient city of Nirikos and the museums of the island. For those of you who are into alternative types of holidays, like ecotourism, in Lefkada you will have the chance to admire marvels of nature and unique landmarks.
The gulf of Sivota is ideal for sailing since there is only a small exit to the Ionian Sea and the water is almost always calm.
The beaches of the island (Porto Katsiki, Eggremni, Gialos, Pefkoulia, Kathisma, Mylos, Ai Giannis, Gyra, Kastro, Mikros Gialos, Agiofylli etc.) are some of the most beautiful of the Mediterranean sea.
