The space

Upstairs, every bedroom features its own private ensuite bath. The luxurious primary suite offers a king bed, skylights (some are currently covered), vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, and walk in closet. Two additional queen bedrooms provide plenty of room for family and friends, including a crib, play area, and extra sleeping options (db futon). A central game loft invites friendly competition with cards and mini pool.
Outside, nature takes center stage. Relax on the expansive covered deck surrounded by towering trees, watch for deer, birds, bunnies, and wildlife, sip coffee on the secluded patio, or gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the stars.

**A Few Important Things to Know Before Booking**
**1. Designed for Families**
Our professionally designed home offers plenty of beautiful spaces for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. To make traveling with little ones easier, we provide a full size crib, pack and play, highchair, toys, a baby bath seat, child friendly bathmat, and step stools in two bathrooms.
**2. Child Safety**
While family friendly, the home does feature spiral staircases and a large main staircase. Baby gates are available; however, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. By booking, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the safety of all members of your group.
**3. Guest Registration**
For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be included on the reservation. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
**4. No Smoking or Vaping**
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. To maintain a fresh, allergen friendly environment for all guests, violations will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
**5. Checkout Expectations**
Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay. We kindly ask guests to follow the checkout instructions, dispose of trash, and leave the home reasonably tidy. Your cooperation helps us maintain high standards while keeping cleaning costs manageable.
**6. Dogs Welcome** 🐾
We love welcoming well behaved dogs! A pet fee of $150 per dog applies regardless of size or breed. If you plan to bring a dog, please contact us before booking for approval. All dogs must be approved by us and included on the reservation prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets or dogs brought to the property without prior approval will be subject to a minimum $300 fee per pet and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
