Located in the Heart of Mt. Lebanon, one of Pittsburgh's safest & most desirable suburbs. Secluded in a forested area, yet less than 5 mins from everything Lebo has to offer & 16 mins from downtown. Peaceful. Space for the entire family & then some. Private parking. This 4-bed 4-bath modern chalet, with tons of natural light & living space (indoors and out), is just what your family needs while home for the holidays, reuniting with friends, or in town for the big game.

The space
The main level: Includes wide open spaces, open beams, floor to ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light. Enjoy the extra-large island with seating for a quick coffee. Large farm table for sit-down dinners. Spacious living room with a stone decorative fireplace, massive TV to watch your favorite movie on Netflix! There is a private office with a desk and chair for those working remotely or catching up on emails. The office also includes a double bed for additional guests and a private half bath.

Second Floor: All three bedrooms on the second floor offer private full ensuite bathrooms. The Primary bedroom includes a KING bed, comfy linens, a sitting area, a walk-in closet, skylights, vaulted ceilings, and open beams. Second & Third bedrooms each offer QUEEN beds, and comfy linens. One offers a full-size crib and play area. Vaulted ceilings with skylights & open beams. Tons of space to spread out. At the heart of the second floor, you will find a common games area. Play a round of pool on the MINI pool table or a game of poker or cards at the card table.

Your outdoor spaces: There are two secluded areas for you to enjoy. A huge, covered deck with an outdoor seating area, plenty of light, and surrounded by nature. You will often find bunnies, groundhogs, and even an occasional deer playing in the treed yard. The second outdoor space is a walkout patio off the living room. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee at the cafe table or huddle up to the fire pit and enjoy making S'mores!

Other things to note
1. Our home is professionally designed with plenty of beautiful spaces for families and friends to enjoy. To make travel with little ones easier, we provide a full‑size crib, a pack‑n‑play (with advance notice), toys, a baby bath seat, a child‑friendly bathmat, and step stools in two bathrooms.

2. While the home is family‑friendly, it does include spiral staircases and a large main staircase. Baby gates are available, but parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. By booking, you agree to the house rules and acknowledge responsibility for your family’s safety.

3. All guests must be listed on the reservation — this is required by Airbnb and our insurance. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

4. By booking, you agree to a $2,500 security deposit. You won’t be charged unless there is damage, and any charges would be processed through the credit card on file with Airbnb.

5. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. This protects guests with allergies and keeps the space fresh. Any smoking indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

6. Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay. Because it’s a large space, we kindly ask guests to tidy up, take out the trash, and follow checkout instructions. This helps our cleaning team work efficiently and keeps cleaning costs reasonable for everyone.

7. PETS: We love welcoming furry family members! Dogs are allowed with a standard pet fee of $150 per dog, regardless of size or breed. If you plan to bring your pup, please share their size, breed, and confirm with us in advance so we can prepare for them. *Bringing any pet to the property without permission will result in your reservation being canceled without refund.*

Nestled in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, just 17 minutes from downtown, Mt Lebo ("Leebo" as the locals call it) has everything that you would ever want and need in this affluent suburb that is over 100 years old, and as friendly and safe as they come.

Homes with unique architecture. Old brick Victorians, craftsmen, modern homes, and even this architect's renovation transformed your home away from home into this chalet that is perched up into the trees, up the driveway, and high off the street.

Mature trees are abundant throughout this neighborhood and much of Lebo. There is a hiking trail and nature park within a 10-minute walk from the house, and a short drive up the road are the school district's baseball parks, tennis club, and community pool.

While the neighborhood seems secluded, it's 5 minutes away from the Shops on Beverly, the Galleria Mall, Movie theater, Trader Joe's, and the main business district on Mt. Lebanon Blvd with numerous restaurants and shops. S. Hills Village is nearby too with a Target and Whole foods nearby.
