The space
The main level: Includes wide open spaces, open beams, floor to ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light. Enjoy the extra-large island with seating for a quick coffee. Large farm table for sit-down dinners. Spacious living room with stone decorative fireplace, massive TV to watch your favorite movie on Netflix! There is a private office with a desk and chair for those working remotely or trying to catch up on emails. The office also includes a double futon for the additional guests and a private half bath.
Second Floor: All three bedrooms on the second floor offer private full ensuite bathrooms. The Primary bedroom includes a KING bed, comfy linens, a sitting area, a walk-in closet, skylights, vaulted ceilings, and open beams. Second & Third bedrooms each offer QUEEN beds, and comfy linens. One offers a full-size crib and play area. Vaulted ceilings with skylights & open beams. Tons of space to spread out. At the heart of the second floor, you will find a common games area and reading nook. Play a round of pool on the MINI pool table or a game of poker or cards at the card table.
Your outdoor spaces: There are two secluded outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. A huge, covered deck with an outdoor seating area, plenty of light and surrounded by nature. You will often find bunnies, groundhogs, and even an occasional deer playing in the treed yard. The second outdoor space is a walkout patio off the living room. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee at the cafe table or huddle up to the fire pit and enjoy making S'mores!

All guests will have full access to the home and parking for up to 4 cars.
Other things to note
1. This is a professionally designed home with beautiful spaces for a large family or group of friends to enjoy! We offer a full-size crib, pack-n-play (if requested in advance), toys, a baby bath seat, a child-friendly bathmat, and children's step stools in two bathrooms.
2. While it is a family home there are spiral staircases as well as a large main staircase. We offer baby gates to safeguard the little ones but please be mindful that it is your responsibility to monitor your children. By booking our home you agree to the house rules and understand that you assume liability for the safety of your family.
3. ALL guests must be on the reservation. This is mandatory through Airbnb & our insurance. Due to insurance requirements the booking guest must be at least 25 years of age or older.
4. Although NOT charged unless there is damage, by booking my home you are agreeing to a $2500 security deposit. Any damage to the property will be charged to the credit card on file with Airbnb.
5. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside our home. This is not just for the safety and the comfort of other guests. This is for allergy reasons. ANY SMOKING inside will result in an immediate $500 cleaning fee charged to your damage deposit. You will also be responsible for any lost revenue should we need to cancel the next guest.
6. While our home is professionally cleaned before every guest it is a very large home, so we do ask our guests to tidy up after yourselves, remove trash to the bins, and follow checkout instructions. This will help our cleaning crew get through the cleaning process more efficiently and keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
7. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets of any kind due to the cleaning time required & severe allergies. Bringing a pet on the property without permission will be cause for terminating your reservation and a $500 allergy cleaning.
