The space
Lebar, named after the Bahasa Indonesian word for “wide,” is stunning and supremely comfortable. Expansive views, beautiful natural light, and a warm nighttime glow make this home hard to leave—even with the main road’s cafes, shops, and wellness spots just a short drive away.
This 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults. The master suite features a generous wardrobe and a bathtub fit for a queen (or king!). Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, each with its own sliding door access.
The third bedroom doubles as an office, featuring a Murphy bed that folds into the wall. When booking, simply let us know whether you'd prefer it set up as a bedroom or a workspace.
Kindly note: This is an adult-only home as different levels on the property could be unsafe for little ones. There is a set of stairs to enter that must be usable by all guests. Families with young children must confirm with management if they feel safe to stay and organize baby equipment hire prior to arrival.
The owners and local family who care for the land are our loving neighbors. We respect their quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and acknowledge PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
**We value trust and kindness, but after a recent incident where guests caused damage and denied responsibility, we now require a signed waiver, passport photos at check-in and for those having gatherings larger than the allotted number of guests in the reservation, a DEPOSIT of 15.000.000 IDR it to be collected for clarity and mutual respect.**

This is a private home, inclusive of garage, with enough space for a few cars and motorbikes below. The entire home sits on one level, above the garage.
Other things to note
**As with most of Bali in its developing stage, construction noise may be heard in the distance. Nightly rates have been adjusted to reflect this situation until October 2026 and therefore noise concerns won’t be eligible for any form of refund/discount. Do expect noise on and off during your stay, while other times being quieter than others. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control.

- Parties and Events are not allowed on property without approval from Property Management.
- Respect neighbors' quiet times from 10:00pm - 8:00am.
- Exterior and Sauna area under CCTV for your security and safety.
- Permission Required by Management: A refundable Security Deposit (IDR 15,000,000) is required for guests hosting events or gatherings outside of confirmed guests in their reservation.
- Guests are required to complete a registration card with passport information and extended house rules upon check in.
We are close to town, and only 10 minutes away, in all directions, from Uluwatu, Padang Padang and Bingin beach. This home is not walking distance to any restaurants and either taxi or rental vehicles are required during your stay.
