A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
Off the kitchen, guests have access to a private backyard, ideal for morning coffee or getting some fresh air.
Upstairs, the bedroom occupies the entire second floor and offers a comfortable, quiet retreat. The room includes a king-size bed, dresser, closet storage, ceiling fan, white noise machine, and central air conditioning. A dedicated workspace with a desk, monitor, and docking station (compatible with Apple MacBooks) is set up near the windows for guests who need to work remotely.
