Lazy Palms sits on a peaceful private lake and is a 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath single story home that comfortably sleeps 8. Come stay with us for your next South Florida vacation or business trip. The space
Living Areas
Great for groups, a large open living room serves as the social heart of the home. Curl up with a good book on the plush sofa and two armchairs in the living room or watch a movie on the 50" smart TV. We comfortably sleep 10. The King Palm room (master) has a very comfortable new king mattress, private bath and walk in closet. The Queen Palm room has a brand-new queen mattress. The Twin Palm room has brand new comfy cozy twin mattresses. The couches in the living room and family room have pullout queen mattresses. All our linens are 5-star hotel quality including lots of throw blankets. There are smart TV’s in the living room, master bedroom and family room that are setup up with the local TV channels, Amazon prime movies and Roku channels. Additionally, there is a DVD player located in the living room and we have a library of over 50 family friendly movies to choose from.

Kitchen & Dining
Flex your culinary muscles in the beautifully renovated kitchen, complete with stone countertops, solid wood cabinets, a subway tile backsplash, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Handy extras include a toaster, Kuerig coffee maker (bring your K-cups), blender, crock pot and all the cookware pots and pans you would expect.
Enjoy coffee at a breakfast table with seating for two or gather the entire group at the dining room table with seating for six.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms with sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The luxurious master bedroom decorated in a soothing color palette features a king bed. The en-suite includes a large closet and beautifully renovated bathroom. The second bedroom provides a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Outdoor Areas
Kids will enjoy the spacious and lush backyard that include a large lake that has some great fishing (no swimming please), while adults will love the shade and comfort of the screened patio, where you'll find seating and a patio table that seats 4. Additionally, we have offer a new gas barbecue if you enjoy cooking outside while the sunsets over the lake.

Extra Amenities
Our home is stocked with kid-friendly extras including children books, Pack 'n' Play and a highchair. If there is anything else you might need feel free to ask, and hopefully we can accommodate your requests.

Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a circular driveway parking for three vehicles plus additional parking parallel to the street on the grass area. (Please do not block the sidewalk flow the city has been known to hand out parking tickets for that ).

This property is the perfect home base for your Palm Beach vacation, with beautiful beaches, fun restaurants, and boutique shops all nearby. We are 2.5 miles from the Coral Sky Amphitheater and Expo center at the South Florida Fair Grounds. Lazy Palms is just a 10-minute drive to the Wellington Equestrian facility to the south or the Palm Beach Polo Grounds to the North. We are very close to the Florida Turnpike, the Palm Beach International airport and it’s only a 15-20 minute drive due east to enjoys South Florida’s beautiful beaches.
Additional water adventures can be found in nearby Lake Worth Lagoon or the famous Intracoastal Waterway.

I am a Fish and Wildlife officer from Florida. I have enjoyed being in and around nature my whole life. Lazy Timbers has become our home away from home. My family and I bought this property in 2008 and have spent many of our summers upgrading the property. We have enjoyed creating memories here and hope you would do the same. We normally spend 2 - 3 weeks at a time up here and every time have found new adventures in the area. Recently (Jan 2020) we added our second AirBnb called Lazy Palms which is located in West Palm beach. This was our home we lived in up until 2005. We recently did a top to bottom upgrade to everything in the house. We are proud of our efforts and are excited to offer it to others to enjoy. Especially the evening sunsets over the lake and the ability to wake up and have coffee while over looking the birds feed early in the morning.
