The space
There are so many areas on Lazarus Point where you can sit & just breath. Places to gather together or retreat alone, whether it's on the beach, around the lawn wood fire pit, by the gas fireplace located inside the beautiful pavilion, or on one of the two large decks, to name just a few. You'll find stunning views of the water wherever you turn.
This home is on your own private peninsula, tucked inside the mouth of a peaceful creek, just a few hundred yards out onto the bottom of the Potomac River where it flows into the Chesapeake Bay. Inside the home you'll find every modern convince you've come to expect when vacationing, and many which may be surprising.
Each of the full bathrooms boasts a massaging spa panel, and you'll find two, deep soaking tubs, a sauna and a steam shower. With the tankless water heater, you'll never have to worry about running out of hot water! Each bedroom has comfortable, pillow top mattresses, and high quality linens. Extra bedding, towels and pillows are in the well stocked linen closet. The Queen's Gambit bedroom has unique side by side, queen over queen bunkbeds with a connecting staircase in the middle and privacy curtains for each bed. You will find the Lazarus' Point master bedroom with en-suite spa bathroom is an experience.
In the kitchen there are three large islands with counter seating for 12. The butler's pantry hosts a coffee bar. All appliances are black stainless including two large refrigerators, each with its own ice maker, a double oven, five burner gas stove, two dishwashers, two washing machines, and two dryers. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight.
You'll find that Lazarus Point is a vacationing haven that you will want to return to year after year.

Guests have access to the entire main house and grounds, with the exception of various owner's closets and the garage.

Friendly, non-intrusive owner often stays at an ajacent property, and is available should circumstances arise requiring their assistance.

58 year old female, with brown, curly hair, hazel eyes about 5’4” tall. Married 30 years to the very best of men, widowed the past 6 years. Mom of 4 children & 3 grandchildren. Youngest of 6 with 5 older brothers, and blessed to call my 98 year old Mom my best friend along with my 2 daughters and 2 sons. If I haven't spent the day making memories, in my opinion I need to do better.
