Spacious and comfy 3 bedroom unit located along Kisad Road, near Burnham Park. Hot water showers + bidet in all bathrooms.

Other things to note
❌ No smoking - ₱4000.00 fine.

Not suitable for loud groups as the building is a quiet residential place. Quiet hours 10:00PM onwards are observed. Roving security guards give warnings and fines on noise.

Only the registered number of guests in the booking are allowed to sleep in the condo. Let us know if you have last minute additions. There is a charge of ₱800/ additional head per night.

MAX CAPACITY is 12 adults + 1 baby. Going over the max capacity will result in termination of booking with NO REFUND.

Must climb 6 flights of stairs from the groundfloor condo entrance, 2 flights of stairs going down from the 4th floor entrance.
No elevator and wheelchair access.
