The villa has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room (extra sofa bed for 1 person), equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace / garden with a view of the swimming pool.
☼ Important: Note that electricity is not included in the price (15 rds / kw). A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure. The difference will be paid in cash on the day of departure. This additional pricing is valid for the majority of accommodation equipped with air conditioning in Las Terrenas. Electricity is expensive here. However, if you have normal use and not leave the air conditioning all day/night, with windows and doors open when you are away , the consumption will not be too high.
The Villa is located a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas (Las Ballenas), from the "fishing village", a nice place to taste local and international dishes, and also to party ( bars and nightclubs ...). Also at your service charming small shops such as bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, medical offices, press, wine cellar, bank, excursions ...
On the beaches of Punta Popy and Las Ballenas you will also have multiple Dominican, French, Italian and other restaurants. You can practice water sports (kite surfing, paddle boarding, surfing ...), tennis, cycling or calmer activities like the deckchair, pétanque and Cuba Libre ...
A few kilometers away, you can enjoy superb horseback rides, and for the more courageous, many hiking trails will be at your disposal.
Night owls will appreciate the typical nightclubs and bars with the "caliente" rhythms of bachata, salsa, merengue ... or prefer more modern bars and nightclubs with international music.
A nice "mix" for a successful vacation.

The residence benefits from a large private and free car park
*Access to the swimming pool is not exclusive to the villa. Access and use (unsupervised) is shared and reserved for tenants of the Las Playas residence. Please respect the neighborhood by not making noise if you use it after 9 p.m. which could be the subject of complaints.
*Access to the entire accommodation is subject to compliance with the sleeping capacity for 6 people (adults and children included). No additional guests will be accepted.
*In accordance with AIRBNB conditions, I will be entitled to refuse you access to the accommodation and no refund will be accepted….
