The space
Larson's Corner is our owner-occupied coastal home where we offer private guest accommodations in a warm, welcoming, and relaxed environment. My husband, Tim, and I live on site with our two friendly indoor cats, Ainsley and Luci.
This listing includes exclusive use of our Private Guest Wing, which features both the Seaside Room and the Sunset Room, along with the shared guest bathroom located between them. Since both bedrooms and the shared bathroom are reserved exclusively for your group, this is a wonderful option for families, couples traveling together, friends, military travelers, or small groups of up to four guests who would like to stay together while still enjoying separate bedrooms.
Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, Smart TV, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, sound machine, dresser, closet, and complimentary starter amenities to help you settle in and feel right at home.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the home's shared spaces, including the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, The Larson's Corner Coffee Bar, workspace, laundry room, front porch, back porch, backyard, gas grill, Blackstone griddle, and designated driveway parking.
Both the living room and guest bedrooms feature Google TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Paramount+, Disney+, and many other popular streaming apps. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the Xbox in the living room.
The shared laundry room is available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Since the washer and dryer are shared by everyone in the home, we kindly ask that you promptly transfer and remove your laundry so others have an opportunity to use them. Please plan your final load so it is completely finished and removed from the dryer by 9:00 PM.
Planning a beach day? You'll find a variety of beach gear available for guest use, including beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, kites, picnic basket, two paddleboards, and other beach essentials. We simply ask that everything be returned clean, dry, and ready for the next guest to enjoy.
Although Larson's Corner is our home, we strive to provide a peaceful, clean, and welcoming environment where guests can relax and feel at home. During your stay, you may see us in the shared spaces, along with our two friendly indoor cats. We love hosting and are always happy to answer questions, offer local recommendations, or simply help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible while always respecting your privacy.

While your guest wing is reserved exclusively for your group, the kitchen, dining room, living room, The Larson's Corner Coffee Bar, workspace, laundry room, front porch, back porch, backyard, and other common areas are shared with us.
Our home is smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Because Larson's Corner is our home, and many of our guests are military members, healthcare professionals, and other early-rising travelers, we are unable to accommodate arrivals after 8:00 PM. Thank you for helping us maintain a quiet and restful environment for everyone.
Need to arrive earlier? We offer early check-in beginning at 11:00 AM, when available, for a $25 early check-in fee, payable upon arrival. Early check-in must be arranged and approved in advance and is subject to availability based on our cleaning schedule.
Laundry facilities are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Since the washer and dryer are shared by everyone in the home, we kindly ask that you promptly transfer and remove your laundry so others have an opportunity to use them. Please limit laundry to reasonable personal use during your stay, and plan your final load so it is completely finished and removed from the dryer by 9:00 PM.
For reservations of 7 nights or longer, we provide a complimentary weekly housekeeping visit to help keep your guest wing fresh and comfortable. This visit may include fresh bed linens, trash removal, and light housekeeping in both bedrooms and the shared guest bathroom.
Even if you prefer to handle your own cleaning or do not need fresh linens that week, we will still complete a brief weekly safety and maintenance walk-through of the guest wing. This allows us to check that everything remains clean, safe, and in good working order, including plumbing, electrical outlets, appliances, smoke detectors, air conditioning, and the general condition of both bedrooms and the shared bathroom. Whenever possible, we'll coordinate a convenient time with you and will always respect your privacy.
For everyone's comfort, privacy, and safety, only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
Your room keys are attached to custom Larson's Corner key tags to help us quickly identify each room. Please leave the key tags attached to the keys and return all keys and key tags at checkout. Lost, damaged, altered, or unreturned keys and/or key tags are subject to a $15 replacement fee per key.
Our two friendly indoor cats, Ainsley and Luci, are cherished members of the Larson's Corner family and love meeting our guests. If the doors to your guest rooms are open, don't be surprised if one of them stops by to say hello! Before closing either bedroom door, please do a quick "cat check" to make sure they haven't wandered inside. Guests are responsible for the full cost of repairing any carpet or other property damage caused by a cat being accidentally shut inside a guest room. Please also help us keep Ainsley and Luci safe by ensuring all exterior doors remain closed.
Because Larson's Corner is our home, you may occasionally see us tidying and maintaining the shared spaces throughout the day to keep them clean, welcoming, and well stocked for everyone to enjoy.

The Sunrise Room is located at the front of the home and is separate from your guest wing. While the kitchen, living room, coffee bar, laundry room, and other common areas are shared, you'll enjoy the privacy of having your own dedicated sleeping area and bathroom.
