Welcome to the Seaside Room at Larson's Corner! This private queen bedroom is one of three guest rooms in our owner-occupied home. Decorated with a relaxing coastal theme, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, exploring the Emerald Coast, or visiting family and friends.
The Seaside Room shares a guest bathroom with our Sunset Room and includes a comfortable queen bed, Smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, dresser, closet, luggage rack, and thoughtful touches to help you feel at home.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our shared kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, **The Larson's Corner Coffee Bar**, front and back porches, backyard, grills, and complimentary beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and two paddleboards.

GGuests have access to their private room and the home's shared spaces, including the shared guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, front porch, back porch, backyard, grills, and designated driveway parking.
Be sure to stop by The Larson's Corner Coffee Bar, where you'll find a variety of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, creamers, sweeteners, K-Cups, traditional drip coffee, and a French press to help start your day.
Both the living room and your private bedroom feature Google TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Paramount+, Disney+, and many other popular streaming apps. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the Xbox in the living room.
The shared laundry room is available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Since the washer and dryer are shared by all guests, we kindly ask that you promptly transfer and remove your laundry so everyone has an opportunity to use them. Please plan your final load so it is completely finished and removed from the dryer by 9:00 PM.
Planning a beach day? You'll find a variety of beach gear available for guest use in the garage, including beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, kites, picnic basket, and two paddleboards. Beach towels are provided in the shared linen closet. We simply ask that all beach equipment be returned clean, dry, and ready for the next guest to enjoy.
After a day of exploring the Emerald Coast, unwind in the backyard with our gas grill, Blackstone griddle, outdoor seating, and comfortable porch swing—the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy a beautiful Florida sunset.

We love meeting new people and truly enjoy hosting! Since Larson's Corner is our home, you'll likely see us in the shared spaces during your stay. You may also be greeted by our two friendly indoor cats, Ainsley and Luci, who love meeting our guests.
We're always happy to answer questions, recommend our favorite local restaurants, beaches, and hidden gems, or simply chat over a cup of coffee at The Larson's Corner Coffee Bar.
For guests staying 7 nights or longer, we provide a complimentary weekly housekeeping visit to help keep your room fresh and comfortable. This visit includes fresh bed linens, trash removal, light housekeeping, and a quick walk-through to ensure everything remains clean, safe, and in good working order. Whenever possible, we'll coordinate a convenient time with you and always respect your privacy during the visit.
The Seaside Room is a cozy and comfortable retreat, perfect for military personnel attending training, traveling professionals, beach lovers, couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a relaxing stay near Pensacola and the beautiful Emerald Coast.
We also understand that everyone travels differently. Whether you're looking for conversation and local recommendations or simply a quiet place to relax and recharge, we'll happily follow your lead. Larson's Corner is our owner-occupied home with three private guest rooms. While your bedroom is completely private, the kitchen, dining room, living room, The Larson's Corner Coffee Bar, workspace, laundry room, front porch, back porch, backyard, and other common areas are shared with us and any guests staying in the Sunrise and Sunset Rooms.
The Seaside Room shares a guest bathroom with the Sunset Room. The bathroom is professionally cleaned before every arrival and is shared only between these two guest rooms. If you're traveling with family or friends, ask us about reserving multiple rooms together so everyone can stay under one roof.
Our home is smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Because Larson's Corner is our home, and many of our guests are military members, healthcare professionals, and other early-rising travelers, we are unable to accommodate arrivals after 8:00 PM. Thank you for helping us maintain a quiet and restful environment for everyone.
Need to arrive earlier? We offer early check-in beginning at 11:00 AM, when available, for a $25 early check-in fee, payable upon arrival. Early check-in must be arranged and approved in advance and is subject to availability based on our cleaning schedule.
Laundry facilities are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Since the washer and dryer are shared by all guests, we kindly ask that you promptly transfer and remove your laundry so everyone has an opportunity to use them. Please limit laundry to reasonable personal use during your stay, and plan your final load so it is completely finished and removed from the dryer by 9:00 PM.
For guests staying 7 nights or longer, we provide a complimentary weekly housekeeping visit to help keep your room fresh and comfortable. This visit may include fresh bed linens, trash removal, and light housekeeping.
Even if you prefer to handle your own cleaning or do not need fresh linens that week, we will still complete a brief weekly safety and maintenance walk-through of the room. This allows us to check that everything remains clean, safe, and in good working order, including items such as plumbing, electrical outlets, appliances, smoke detectors, air conditioning, and the general condition of the room. Whenever possible, we will coordinate a convenient time with you and will always respect your privacy.
For everyone's comfort, privacy, and safety, only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
Your room key is attached to a custom Larson's Corner key tag to help us quickly identify each room. Please leave the key tag attached to the key and return both at checkout. Lost, damaged, altered, or unreturned keys and/or key tags are subject to a $15 replacement fee.
Our two friendly indoor cats, Ainsley and Luci, are cherished members of the Larson's Corner family and love meeting our guests. If your door is open, do not be surprised if one of them stops by to say hello. Before closing your room door, please do a quick "cat check" to make sure they have not wandered inside. Guests are responsible for the full cost of repairing any carpet or other property damage caused by a cat being accidentally shut inside a guest room. Please also help us keep Ainsley and Luci safe by ensuring all exterior doors remain closed.
Because Larson's Corner is our home, you may occasionally see us tidying and maintaining the shared spaces throughout the day to keep them clean, welcoming, and well stocked for everyone to enjoy.
