Welcome to this Beachfront Condo with partial Ocean View located across Babe's Beach, a few steps to restaurants, fishing pier, putt putt, and shops. Enjoy the condo pool, grills and your own personal condo patio. This 4 bed condo is fully furnished and equipped for your stay complete with board games, beach toys and towels. Essentials are also provided for bed and bath along with coffee and complimentary snacks. All 1 bedroom condos at Casa Del Mar complex are 462 sqft in size.

The space
A total of 4 beds...the condo offers a bedroom with a queen size bed, an ironing board, drawers for storage and a lamp.
The closet has hangers for your clothing. There is an additional oscillating fan should you need it to step out on the patio.
The hallway offers two bunks that can accommodate up to 130lb each
Meant for kids to youth.
The kitchen has a bar with stools that can accommodate 2-3 people, a personal coffee maker, creamers and coffee provided.
A 4 burner electric stove, a microwave and full size fridge, glasses, coffee cups, plates and bowls provided along with cooking and eating utensils.
Pans and other cook ware also provided.
Living and dining area provides a pull out full size bed that can accommodate 2 people.
TV with WiFi, game boards, beach toys and beach towels with some floaties and bougie boards in the closet.
Dining table can accommodate 4 people.
Bathroom has a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
Towels and wash towels, feminine products for emergencies, a hair dryer and hand wash provided.
Lastly, find a first aid kit atop the fridge in the kitchen.

Please note that there is a $25.00 per vehicle parking fee upon check in.

Effective May 1, 2025, the HOA Parking Registration fee will be $25 + tax per vehicle to any overnight guests for a period up to 1 week.

The fee will be $75 plus tax per vehicle for a period up to 30 days. All visitors and guests are required to register at the front desk and pay the Parking Registration Fee in order to obtain a temporary parking permit. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per stay.

Please do not skip. Towing of unauthorized vehicles is highly enforced.

No parties or (non-service) pets allowed.
