Our surf studio is a 3 min walk to Playa Marsella or a 2 minute drive/15 min walk to surf Playa Maderas.

Neighbors are very friendly and ready to help.
Laundry service and drinking water jugs are not provided by us but could be found within 100m (do not hesitate to ask);
A fruit and veggie truck which drives by 2 to 3 times a week (you can hear it coming with a big megaphone announcing himself), so you don't have to go to town to get most of your food items;
Machete Market is 400m away, where you'll find most other things you'll need for cooking and living needs.

San Juan del Sur town has everything you need from surf shops, SPA, coffee shops, grocery shopping, fruit and veggie market, restaurants, boat excursions, car rentals...

Originally from France but I have been living in the USA since 2003. I have studied in Florida until 2008 then moved to start my career in Seattle, Washington. Programmer by career but surfer by passion. Always positive and happy. Since I visited central america for the first time in 2007, I fell in love with the culture, the people and especially the surf. When the opportunity arisen to purchase this property in Nicaragua and make my dream little casita, it became obvious that I needed to share this experience with others. I have been fully involved with the design and development of my land to match and exceed Western standards and technics. I am fully commited to give my visitors their most epic vacation.
