Beautiful and tranquil lake side residence. Beautiful sunsets from the back of the house with plenty of privacy from neighbours on a 46 thousand square feet lot! Five minute walk to a local corner store, and to the local municipal beach.
The wood stove located in the family room on the lower level is **Out Of Service* use of this wood stove is restricted as it does not comply with the safety regulations**
The house is fully equipped..all you need is your clothes!

Large entry way leads into an open concept fully stocked kitchen a living room area, dining room and master bedroom. There is private seating out back facing the lake.
The lower level contains an additional family, washroom and two bedrooms. Available sleeping opportunities are available. There is air conditioning.
Fireplace in family room is not to be used as does not comply with the safety regulations.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire house! The house is fully equipped. You only have to bring your clothes!
