This is a private, large, bright, air conditioned and fully equipped apartment. Pets are welcomed. There are two patios that guests can use with a bbq. The apartment has a view and access to one of the 5 beaches that the community of Port Hood boasts. From our location it is a 5-10 minutes walk to the local Bistro and 15 minute walk into the village. The surrounding area includes restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and many musical events especially during the summer and fall seasons.

May was great to deal with and quickly responded. The cottage and location were lovely and well equipped. Loved the yard and screened in porch looking over the beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Lots of fun for our family and dog. We often walked the beach without seeing anyone which gave our lab a chance to run and swim off leash and gave us quiet evenings. 😉

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, probably the best I have ever stayed in. Everything was included, he even had a bottle of wine and snacks for us. There wasn’t anything missing and he even had extras of everything! Brand new building and gorgeous amenities and decor. Host was very easy to get a hold of. This was our second stay and everything was just as perfect as we remembered! The cottage was very clean and included everything we needed as a family with young children. This location can’t be beat- a beautiful view off the back deck and such a short walk to the beach! Check in/out was straightforward and communication with the host is always great.

Last minute vacation after a challenging year of ill health. The cottage is located on the second street from the waterfront and beach near the Pointe-du-Chêne marina. We went often to the marina where there are a couple of restaurants/patios and a few shops. We did not go to Parlee Beach because the beach near the cottage met our needs. The cottage was very clean and as described. Our hosts were easy to reach and very pleasant to deal with. Strongly recommended not to mention in a great location of Pointe-du-Chene. We definitely plan to return. Thank for a grateful vacation.

We stayed at Lindsay and Logan’s cottage for four days in mid-September and it was wonderful. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you could want and was beautifully decorated. But best of all, the proximity to the water, watching the tides come and go, viewing boats going under the Confederation bridge, having such a peaceful deck for relaxing, were such awesome experiences. We would absolutely rent this amazing cottage again.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful with its beachy vibe. I loved the design and layout of it. IVB was the perfect place to stay with lovely restaurants close by. Sitting on the deck or inside the cottage gave you a perfect view of the sandy beach. The heated cottage kept us cozy warm during the cool October nights. I had the best sleep. The hosts are lovely and very responsive. We definitely will be returning in the future.
