Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Enjoy a peaceful holiday with wonderful views overlooking the lake. Guests can access the water directly from the decking. There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. Why not be bold & try wild swimming or paddle up the river to the pub for a meal then spend your evening fishing from the deck or having a BBQ.
There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.

Guest access
We keep our private boat moored on site, so we may access this from time to time but we will always give you notice of this before our arrival and we will never need access inside the lodge.

Other things to note
If your booking for 2 guests and need to use two separate beds, please let us know when booking so we can make sure enough bedding is provided for your stay.
