Please note this is a tri-level cabin with two interior staircases (approx. 14 steps each).
• Not recommended for guests with mobility issues
• May not be ideal for families with small children due to stairs
• The cabin sits above street level and requires walking up stairs from parking

🚗 Parking & Driveway
We have two parking areas for your convenience:
• Back flat driveway (recommended for easiest access)
• Side driveway is steep—use only if you're a confident driver with AWD/4WD, especially during winter or snow conditions

🐻 Wildlife & Forest Setting
Our cabin backs up to over 20 acres of private forest property, providing a peaceful, secluded vibe.
• You may see active wildlife like deer, squirrels, raccoons, birds (woodpeckers, blue jays, hawks, owls), coyote, occasional black bear, and bobcats.While black bears and bobcats are rare and typically avoid humans, we recommend storing food and trash properly to keep wildlife at a respectful distance.
• We follow a strict trash policy—please keep trash indoors or use the animal-proof outdoor bin to avoid wildlife encounters

🔥 Fire Safety
Due to county fire regulations:
• No wood-burning fires allowed (indoor or outdoor)
• Enjoy our propane firepit outside and electric fireplace inside for a cozy vibe

🧺 Linens & Sensitivities
All linens are laundered with lightly scented detergent.
• If you have sensitivities or allergies to fragrance, let us know at the time of booking—we're happy to accommodate with fragrance-free linens when requested

🌊 Lake Access
As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive Lake Arrowhead access!
• Access is by registration only—please notify us in advance. Wristbands will need to be picked up by guest at the marina office and they charge a fee of $10.
• Detailed instructions for lake passes are provided in our guidebook
