Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Two foldable twin mattress pads for extra guests or children
Sleeps: 9–11, ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing the house.
Other things to note
Please ensure you have the correct location for the property as GPS/Map Apps are not always accurate for the Lakehouse. It is located directly across from the Martin Bay entrance next to Lakefront Express Restaurant not in the actual town of Lemoyne but in between the towns of Lemoyne & Keystone. It is a gray house with green trim with a circular driveway, an evergreen tree in front, near the “Caddi Shack” sign on the corner.
Local time is in Mountain Time Zone so please plan to arrive and depart accordingly (even though it is in Nebraska.)
No Pets; Min 2-4 nights depending on stay; Min Booking Age 25; Registered Guests Only; No 3rd Party Bookings; No Smoking/Vaping, Illicit Drugs

The Lakehouse is located in a rural environment, which means you may encounter various insects, animals, and critters. While we do our best to manage them, it's common to see some, especially flies and ants. Be prepared to come across bugs (both dead and alive) and a variety of critters, as they are part of the natural surroundings.
**Additionally, because our lakehouse is just minutes from Lake McConaughy's beautiful white sandy beaches and located in the Sandhills, it's only natural for a little sand to make its way indoors. While our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the home between every stay, you may occasionally notice sand on floors, furniture, countertops, windowsills, or in other small nooks and crannies tracked and blown inside. Sand has a way of finding every crack and crevice at the lakehouse, and we appreciate your understanding as it's simply part of the lake experience!
***High Winds***
Please use extra caution when entering and exiting the lakehouse, as the area is known for sudden, strong wind gusts. Always keep a secure hold on both the storm door and the main entry door, and be sure they are pulled tightly closed and latched securely behind you. Please do not allow the storm door to slam shut or rely solely on the door closer to catch it, as unexpected wind gusts can overpower the closer and cause the door to swing open forcefully. This can potentially bend or damage the door closer, hinges, frame, or glass. (Ask us how we know. 😉) Thank you for helping us protect the home and keep it in great condition for all of our guests.
