L'Agave is a late nineteenth century villa located in one of the most panoramic and comfortable areas of the island of Salina. The owner, scenographer and costume designer of Italian theater and cinema, took care of the furnishings with love and elegance and respecting the style of the island. In 2 minutes you reach one of the most suggestive beaches, the beach of Scario, which due to its proximity, looks like the villa's private beach. You would also be 10 minutes on foot from Malfa center.

The space
L'Agave is on two levels and it is surrounded by a large furnished patio with garden. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge; a spacious living room with television, sofas and lunch table; a double bedroom with a bathroom. The secondary terrace on the back leads to the second bedroom with an equally complete bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom (with toilet and sink).
