Chef’s kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge with filtered water, and a wet bar with its own mini-fridge. Includes Ninja SLUSHi, instant hot and cold filtered water tap, and full coffee setup. Dining room seats eight with scenic views of the Magothy Bay Preserve.

The living room features a 65” Roku TV, Dolby Atmos sound, Bluetooth turntable, vinyl record collection, karaoke setup with Karafun subscription, Xbox Series X, and a sleeper sofa.

The retro arcade next door includes Big Buck Hunter Pro, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, NBA Jam, Street Fighter II, Centipede, and Asteroids. It’s a favorite spot for both kids and adults.

Step outside to three grill options: Weber charcoal, Pit Boss pellet, and a Cuisinart flat-top griddle.

The house includes over a dozen Google Nest speakers, grouped into Spotify zones like Kitchen, Living Room, and Whole House. Connect once to WiFi and you can stream music anywhere instantly. Nest Hub touchscreens in every room control lights, volume, and playback.

Two upstairs king suites each include a private bath, Roku TV, Nest speaker, and nightstands with wireless charging. The main suite also features an Xbox Series S, while the second suite has a PlayStation 3.
A third-floor queen bedroom includes its own Roku TV, Nest Hub touchscreen, and nearby half bath.

The Magothy Bay Natural Area Preserve begins just beyond the driveway. Enjoy quiet walks among forest and marsh where clapper rails, terrapins, and migratory birds are often spotted. Other trails nearby include the Southern Tip Bike & Hike Trail, Cape Charles Preserve, and the Butterfly Trail at the National Wildlife Refuge. A WWII-era gun emplacement down the road adds a bit of local history to explore.

Guest access
You’ll have private access to the entire home, including all three floors, the kitchen, dining room, living room, arcade, Peloton area, laundry, and outdoor spaces.

All three grills are ready for guest use, along with the Level 2 EV charger. The long driveway fits trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles with plenty of turnaround space.

Outdoor outlets make it easy to charge kayak or marine batteries, and a hose is available for rinse-downs. A portable fish-cleaning table and buckets are included for anglers.

Everything at The Ladybug is set up for comfort, convenience, and easy coastal adventure.

Other things to note
No keys to lose or return. The Ladybug uses a secure August Smart Lock system for keyless entry. You’ll receive a personalized code for your stay and can also unlock the front door using your smartphone with the August app.

Every TV in the house includes Roku Guest Mode so you can log in to your streaming services and enjoy them worry-free. Roku automatically logs you out after checkout, so you never have to remember to sign out or risk leaving accounts behind.
