Our home, one of the closest newer homes to Lackland AFB, is near the BMT gate via access road, I-410, or R Ellison/Valley Hi back road. This 4-bedroom, 1700 sqft home features 2 baths, an open kitchen/dining/living area, and up to 10 guests. With a serene back patio, it's perfect for BMT families to relax and reunite—a much better alternative to cramped hotel rooms. Enjoy fiber internet, streaming TVs, and discounts for extended stays. We’ve thoughtfully prepared our home to be the perfect retreat for Air Force and Space Force Basic Military Training graduates. Relax, reunite, and spend quality time with your family in a comfortable and inviting setting. Our house offers a superior alternative to on-base lodging and cramped hotel rooms.

Situated in a tranquil and safe community, mostly owned by active duty military, retirees, and on-base workers, our home ensures peace and quiet with minimal traffic. The back of the house opens to a serene greenbelt area, enhancing the sense of privacy.

Our home features AT&T Fiber internet and DirecTV streaming in the living room and all bedrooms, ensuring you stay connected and entertained.

We also provide additional items upon request to meet your needs, such as office supplies, small kitchen appliances, a shower chair, and baby gear. Please inform us prior to your arrival if you require any of these items.

Our guests will have access to the whole house except for the garage and the master bedroom walk-in closet. Access to these two areas will be locked from our guests. Sufficient parking is available on the driveway and across the street.

Other things to note
For security, the house is equipped with security alarm. It also has a front door video doorbell. Security cameras are mounted around the perimeter of the house (all of which are pointed away from the house). No camera / recording device is installed inside the house.

We strictly enforce the maximum number of guests count (10 including kids) and charge penalties for exceeding the number.

Our family moved to San Antonio in 2010 after over 20 years of military service. Got a job at Lackland AFB Comm Squadron and worked there for 5 years. Still working in federal service for the DoD at the old Kelly AFB. While on active duty, our family moved to over 10 houses in different areas of the map, and so, we can finally say that we are done moving. The military life gave us a good understanding of your need of normalcy and having a place you can call "Home" in spite of being in a foreign place. We prepared our homes with this goal in mind and when we interact with our guests. Our family love San Antonio because of its very friendly people, its perfect size as a city, the attractions and recreations it offers, and the quality of life we get for reasonable cost. And of course, we have the proud Spurs team here with 5 championship rings! We welcome you and we hope that you will enjoy our home and our beautiful city of San Antonio!
