Welcome to your ultimate getaway at our stunning villa, your temporary home away from home! Our modern home is ideally located near Clark and koreatown in the heart of the city, surrounded by a variety of dining options, cafes and several activities.
Featuring a cozy pool, gazebo, balcony, and many more — experience the convenience and comfort of our prime home, the ideal choice for those looking to explore the best of the city. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

The space
📍 Prime Location: Situated in a high-end gated and private subdivision, centrally located under 10 minutes from Clark. The neighborhood is very safe (roving guards), clean, peaceful, truly one of the best in Pampanga. Enjoy immediate access to various dining and entertainment options.
🚶The villa is located near Koreatown area. Walking distance to 7-11, korean marts, several dining options, activities and cafes. (Ex. Skygarden Cafe, Retro 252, and many more)
🎤Entertainment Area: Relax in the state-of-the-art entertainment area, complete with a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, and a premium JBL partybox karaoke and sound system.
‼️ Our villa does not allow Loud Gatherings and Excessive Noise
- Quiet hours: 9pm-7am. NO KARAOKE or excessive noise after 9pm to respect our neighbors and to avoid SANCTIONS OR FEES from guardhouse. We are located in a peaceful residential area please respect homeowners by following this.
⚜️Luxurious Living Spaces: Featuring 3 exquisite bedrooms: a lavish Master Bedroom (1 King & 1 Queen bed), two elegant Junior Suites (2 Queen beds) , and a cozy Barkada/Family Room, all equipped with top-notch amenities.
🛏️ We have two (2) single beds/mattresses with bed linens and pillows available UPON REQUEST for guest under 10pax free-of-charge. They are automatically added for 10-12 guest bookings.

🌊Inviting Pool with falls and color changing lights: Dive into the inviting pool for refreshing dips and fun-filled moments with family and friends.
(Both lever switches for pool RGB lights and pool falls are located on the left side of the patio in the pool area, inside and behind the outdoor shower).
🚗Convenient Parking: Benefit from more than enough parking spaces for hassle-free arrivals and departures. Super easy safe and a lot of space
⚡High-Speed Connectivity: Enjoy centralized high-speed Fiber Wi-Fi throughout the villa, ensuring seamless communication and entertainment.
🐶Pet Friendly: We only allow small pets and have designated pet rules.
🚿 Essentials such as towels and bedsheets are provided. Kindly bring own shampoo, toothpaste, and soap.

🔥BBQ grill - request before stay if you will use. Do not use by the pool area only use at the garage or front.
💳Any damages to the property, not limited to violations of the house rules, can be charged to your payment method through Airbnb or settled personally.
