Welcome to La Maison McLaughlin — a charming centennial Acadian home on 1.15 acres in the heart of the Acadian Peninsula.

Perfect for families, groups & pet owners. Sleep up to 10, play in the spacious yard and fire up the BBQ. A true home away from home.

Wake up only 7 minutes away from the beach or 2 minutes away from the Golf Driving Range.

The space
Built in the late 1800s and updated over the years, La Maison McLaughlin blends Acadian heritage with modern comfort. The property sits on 1.15 acres with plenty of open space for lawn games, Spikeball, and outdoor relaxation.

Living room: A comfortable space with a 43" smart TV with Roku, a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi, a reading corner, and two sofa beds for additional sleeping. Puzzles and a poker set are available in the TV unit drawers.

Kitchen & dining: The full kitchen is stocked with all cooking, baking, and dining essentials. The large dining table seats up to 10. Tourism brochures with local restaurants and Acadian Peninsula attractions are available in the dining room.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen-sized memory foam mattress, cooling microfibre bedding, and an all-season hypoallergenic comforter. Each room has a dresser, closet, and blackout curtains.

Bathrooms: A half-bathroom on the main floor and a full bathroom with shower upstairs. Towels are provided in a quantity matching your guest count.

Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use.

Parking: Ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, including space for larger vehicles.

Backyard: Over an acre of green space with a patio set, picnic table, BBQ, and extra seating — ideal for outdoor meals, games, and evening gatherings.

La Maison McLaughlin is located in a friendly neighbourhood on the main road. It is 2 minutes away from nearest bypass entrance and exit, 2 minutes from Driving Range Tracadie and 7 minutes away from Val-Comeau beach. There is also a car wash right next to the house. The downtown area is a 5-minute car ride, where you’ll be able to find grocery stores, restaurants and bars/pubs. You can enjoy a walk along the Tracadie river, by parking where the information centre is.
