Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

The house was built on a sloping site, so we have first floor 1 facing the main road and first floor 0 facing the rear neighbors as levels. The apartment is located behind the house, on first floor 0, one level below the main street. We live in the upper town, only a few minutes walk from the center or Reichsburg, but in a green and very quiet area.
