The space
Our 2 storey apartment building consists of 4 available units for rent.
Each apartment unit consists of 4 private rooms (Dining, Kitchen, Bedroom, and Toilet & Bathroom).
The ground floor apartment unit 2 can host up to 12 pax maximum, while the 2nd floor apartment units 3 & 4 can host up to 12 pax with allowance of up to 16 pax with 2 extra beds.
We also have a small Studio Room, also known as Family Room, aside from our apartment units. Just across the building, our Studio Room can accommodate up to 6 pax maximum.
We'll update our listing soon to include our Apartment units 3 & 4 on 2nd floor and our Studio Room.
The entire premises is around 300 square meters, with allowance for parking of up to 6 cars. Outside parking exclusively available for us is also available.

Rice Cooker is not included. You can bring your own rice cooker at no extra corkage fee.
Bringing extra electric appliance will be charged P300 utility fee (like big speakers). Small and handheld speakers are exempted.
