Friday and Saturday night, this space is above a Nightclub and gets loud noise and vibrations from that in the space at night, generally Friday & Saturday nights. DO NOT BOOK, if that could negatively affect you. We recommended this space for people who are planning to attend the nightclubs. The other nights of the week the space will be peaceful and quiet. Please check out the Kremwerk website calendar in advance of your stay for details.
This unique Bnb is ideal for guests looking to really enjoy all aspects of Seattle. ***BUSINESS TRAVELERS*** If booking *Sunday - Friday* (check out Friday) there is generally not events in the venues, in which case the Airbnb is quiet at night.*** Our business travelers have been very happy with this space as it's conveniently located near the Washington State Convention Center, and etc. This space is also perfectly located for tourists and holiday travelers.
***Friday & Saturday*** This space is above a Nightclub. ***Not**** for noise sensitive guests during events at our music venues, but perfect for those wanting to let loose in a space without tons of restrictive rules or great for night owls or those who stay out late. Our ideal guest is planning to attend our complimentary events in the venue as you are right above the club. There is ***Loud*** noise and vibrations from the downstairs club in the space during the events. Read Reviews. Events occasionally go Afterhours (a couple times a year). Please Do Not book if there is a chance the nightclub noise and vibrations will bother you. If you plan on attending the complimentary club events or stay out late then you will enjoy this space.*** Make sure everyone in your group is excited to stay above a club and are notified of the noise warnings before booking. Read reviews as people generally dig our space. If you aren't excited to stay above a bunch of nightclubs and restaurants, please select a different space. Do Not under estimate the sound from the clubs as they are very loud and bass causes vibrations. Renting this space and then reviewing it down due to noise is against the rules. There are plenty of options is Seattle so if the weekend nightclub is not viewed as a feature but rather a bug, Do Not book for Friday or Saturday night. Please also pay attention to holidays. Do also keep in mind the bulk of the noise is restricted to Friday and Saturday nights.
Sleeping arrangements are as followed: 1 queen sized memory foam bed in bedroom. 1 Queen sized memory foam pull out sofa bed, 1 full sized futon in livingroom. If you are bringing extra guests please make sure everyone is ok with the sleeping options.
Space is inside a converted candy factory and dairy, now home to several music venues, restaurants, offices, apartments and your Airbnb! Have a classic Seattle adventure while experiencing something totally new. Please be sure to read our reviews as the majority of our guests love this space!
Access is up one flight of stairs to the second floor of a 2 story building. Doorways are 36 inches wide.

**Parking: Kremrest does not have it's own dedicated parking. There is street parking (be sure to read signs and pay meter) or utilize one of the various paid parking lots nearby. Searching online around the address will produce multiple options. There are affordable outdoor lots on Stewart and Minor.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire space which is setup exclusively as an Airbnb. This is an Entire Place Not Shared.
Comes with complimentary entry to our nightclubs; Kremwerk, Cherry and Timbre Room. Please check our website calendar for upcoming events with events TBA as well. If it's on a weekend, there will be an event.
Other things to note
If booking Friday - Saturday nights, prepare to come join in the fun at our various restaurants and nightclubs ! We will be happy to show you a great time ! Please do not book if you think the noise from the clubs will bother you. Sunday - Friday the space is great for anyone including business travelers as there is generally not events in the club in which case it's quiet at night.
**Please no overly disruptive parties in the space. Respect your neighbors!"** AIRBNB REGULATIONS STATE: NO MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE ALLOWED PER SPACE FOR GATHERINGS. If coming over the weekend please utilize the inclusive nightclubs for your celebrations.
Once again, please do not book on Friday or Saturday night and then complain about the noise from the nightclub. It has been noted throughout the listing.
