• Check-in time is 2:00pm.
• Check-out time is 11:00am.
• Guests must send a copy of ids of each occupants to us.
• All guests must bring their IDs and show it to the tower concierge.
• Guests must deposit ONE valid ID when check in to the tower Concierge.
•Guests must present a hard copy printout or soft copy of the approved Guest form and get a Visitor Pass there - Always bring your VISITORS pass (lost Visitors Pass, Elevator keycard, Unit keycard, will charge of P1000.00 each).
• Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request.
• Please be aware that early check-in and late check-outs are subject to a fee of 300php per hour. We kindly request that you adhere to the specified check-in and check-out time to avoid any additional charges. If you require extra time for your stay, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
