The 45 m² apartment "Glücksklee" is located on the ground floor of our holiday home "Kleines Glück" from the 19th century, which we have lovingly and high-quality restored. Thick exterior walls made of quarry stone and half-timbered mud walls combined with real wood oak floors ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The central location on the edge of the Eifel paired with the very good connection to Aachen, Cologne, Jülich and Düsseldorf make it the perfect accommodation for discerning guests.

The space
In addition to
- an open, cozy living-bedroom,
- a small storage room,
- a separate fully equipped kitchen with direct access to
- a private terrace and
- a bathroom with shower / toilet.

It is accessed separately via its own entrance and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

In the living room/bedroom there is a 180 x 200 cm bed with 2 spring mattresses and a continuous topper, a wardrobe, a sideboard with swiveling TV and a table with 2 chairs and 2 additional armchairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (with ice box), stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pad and coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking and eating utensils as well as glasses and cutlery.

From here you can directly access the adjoining terrace, which offers 2 chairs and a table for breakfast in the fresh air or a coffee.

Travel luggage, shoes, etc. can be parked in a small storage room.
For a longer stay, there are cleaning supplies as well as a clothes rack, ironing board and iron available here.

In the building, next to the apartment "Glücksklee", our apartment "Glückspilz" is located for 4 people, which is accessible via a separate entrance.
Guests of both apartments have access to a shared bicycle garage with laundry room (washing machine & dryer).
