2. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. According to local law, we must register our Airbnb guests with the building management & local authorities. The hosts and building management have the right to turn away unregistered guests at any time, no questions asked. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS.

3. Additional guest that is not prior approved will be an additional $15. The standard cost for an additional over night guest when booked is only $7.

By law i do need to receive a copy of the passport of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited.

4. NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES!
EXCESS CLEANING: $ 100 fine, or applicable costs if more, if we find smoking smell in the flat.
5. NO DRUGS and NO Protitution!
6. No durian fruit allowed on the premises

After your booking is confirmed, we will send you the access instruction.Usually my assistant will welcome you on arrival at the apartment and give you all the information for a great stay. ( If she is not available, we send you the seft check in instruction ) When you arrive the beds will be made; towels, shampoo are provided for you. We speak Japanese, Vietnamese, English, French . So most of the times we can welcome you in your own language. At the apartment you will find a recommendations book for all the necessary tips : restaurants, sigh-seeing, super markets, cafes,... We wish you a pleasant stay.
