Oceanside of Rt. 12 Getaway! Ebb Tide is a Rodanthe favorite! Enjoy the deck with panoramic views of the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean. We have just completed our "move"!! Our home is now on Dean Ave. and it is a short 1/2 block walk to the beach!!!

Your days will be full of sun-soaked fun! Open concept living boasts 360 views and plenty of seating. The sunporch is a wonderful place to relax. We invite you to see why guests come back each year!! We're excited to share our new location

The space
Our stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nonsmoking, pet free home comfortably sleeps 6. The open floor plan is filled with natural light throughout. Have your morning coffee, read a book or play a game on the screened in porch all while listening to the waves crash in front of you. Choose from multiple locations for family meals or cocktails. Step off the porch directly in the sand to enjoy the beach. Your vacation awaits!

Guests have access to the whole house.

We completely enjoy communicating with our guests via email, messaging and phone. We make ourselves available to assist if needed.

Surf Side Drive is a paved road leading to and ends directly at the beach. You will pass other fun beach houses on the road. Each home is beautifully different. You will park at the end of Surf Side Dr. and walk right on to the beach and to our home.

Our home sits in a location that allows you to run on the beach and around the neighborhood or walk and bike to the local stores and restaraunts via the path along Route 12. It is a very popular and safe way to travel if not traveling in a car.

We are a Sunday to Sunday weekly rental June through August. We offer a 3 night minimum . March through May & September through November.

Our oceanfront home is ready for you! Fresh paint inside and out, decor, new comforters, pillows, silverware, dishes, glasses, interior furniture, deck seating, beach chairs, a charcoal grill and more! The laundry room access is off of the queen bedroom. This property is a one level home. The only steps are those coming up from the sand or the beach. The wrap around deck and screened porch both have unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean giving you the opportunity for the most amazing sunrise every morning. Kick up your feet and relax or play on the beach, surf fish, cook dinner and eat right on the beach and enjoy a beach fire in the sand all right on site.
Helpful tip:
We do provide a starter pack of cleaning and paper products for your arrival. Convenient shopping is available close by however, larger shopping orders are available prior to coming to Rodanthe. In addition, Food Lion is located in Avon (15mins) and Conners in Buxton (25mins) further South. Cameras are onsite and outside, they are turned off during any booking. They are on while the house is empty.

New for 2024:
New stairs built for the Ocean Side as well as the Sound Side!! New furniture in several areas inside the house along with refreshed deck furniture options. One of my favorites continues to be the screened in porch. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee!!

Due to popular demand, we are continuing to offer a linen package for guests to order or select to bring your own. The linen package includes comforters, pillow, full bed linens, bath towel,hand towel and wash cloth. All beds and pillows have mattress pads and pillow protectors. Linen package is $150. Please send us a message letting us know if you would like the linens included in your rent.

Our Guests have full access to the house except 1 storage closet in the laundry room.

Other things to note
Perfect house for families with young kids, 3 couples, girls getaway, etc. It is also ideal for anyone with mobility issues, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the view without getting sandy.
