POOL OPEN MID MAY 2026. K-House is a designer-renovated home in a wooded, private setting just minutes from Kinderhook, NY. Remodeled top to bottom, you'll enjoy the brand new feel of this getaway, as well as the in-ground heated saltwater pool. Situated in the Hudson Valley, there are ample activities such as shopping, dining, antiquing and outdoor recreation. We are moments from Kinderhook, NY and also 20 minutes from bustling Hudson.

The space
Our home is single-level, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and and an oversized living/dining space. The kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials you'll need to cook, and there is a large dining area with seating for 6. The living room features a fireplace, perfect for cozy nights in. Our three bedrooms are configured as follows: one Queen bedroom with an en-suite bath, a second Queen bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom off the hallway between the second Queen bedroom and the 2 Twin bedroom. A cozy TV nook off the kitchen is perfect for movie night, and a patio off the back of the house is a wonderful spot to enjoy the peaceful woods that surround the house. We also have an in-ground, heated, saltwater pool, open mid-May through mid-October.

You will have full access to the first level of the house. The basement is unfinished and the garage is for owner storage only.
