The space
In the heart of Ocala’s equestrian landscape, our one-bedroom home is the ideal home base for visiting equestrians seeking a spacious and refined retreat, far removed from the cramped quarters of nearby hotels. With a chef’s kitchen fully equipped for any culinary endeavor and an intimate dining area for two, guests can enjoy home-cooked meals or quick access to the fabulous restaurants at WEC & Historic Downtown Ocala just a few minutes away. The spacious open living and dining space is adorned with designer furniture and globally-inspired decor, creating a sophisticated and inviting ambiance. Two large barn doors separate the bedroom from the main area, adding both charm and privacy. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while a large closet with stackable washer and dryer offers ample room to unpack and settle in comfortably.
Attached to the modern barn of the property and located near the main entrance of this gated property, The Stable View ensures privacy yet offers a true farm experience. Guests have exclusive access to a private outdoor patio just off the kitchen, facing the stables and providing a serene spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Kimberden Farm is also the forever-home to 12 rescue dogs, friendly and eager to meet guests and get some much needed puppy snuggles as they explore the grounds. A private boutique on the property showcases a curated selection of housewares and luxury goods, available for a private shopping experience by appointment only.
As an active horse farm, Kimberden hosts riders and trainers daily, offering guests the chance to experience the equestrian world up close. We invite you to relax at the firepit or outdoor dining area with a glass of wine, taking in views of the horses and surrounding natural beauty. Guest access
Guests at The Stable View enjoy private access to the apartment, including a fenced-in patio just off the kitchen, perfect for relaxing and taking in the view of the stables. With a private entrance just beyond the gated entry to Kimberden, guests can come and go with ease and privacy. While guests are encouraged to explore the scenic grounds, stroll by the lake, and enjoy the seasonal gardens, please note that touching or feeding the horses and exploring the barn are not permitted. This policy helps ensure the safety and well-being of both the animals and our visitors, allowing everyone to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the farm.
For those interested in a closer look, we offer the option to schedule a guided tour of the grounds, including access to the stables to meet our horses. This special experience must be arranged in advance to ensure availability and to create a memorable and safe visit for our guests and our animals.

Our home is inspected and documented with a full video walkthrough prior to every guest arrival.
Through an exclusive partnership with our fabulous personal shopper, our guests are offered the opportunity to have their temporary home stocked with everything they need prior to their arrival. From groceries to beach supplies and everything in between, our guests are able to tailor every detail to their preferences and requirements.
To take advantage of these bespoke services, simply inquire at the time of booking or inform us one week prior to your arrival.
We absolutely love dogs here at Kimberden, and you’ll see plenty of our own furry friends roaming freely! However, for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that guests do not bring their pets. Our dogs are well-acquainted with each other but may not be as comfortable with new animal visitors. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you and making your stay memorable!

Kimberden is a working horse farm with many animals including horses, dogs, and barn cats.
Guests with animal allergies are not advised to stay at the Stable View. Should you choose to do so anyway, you are staying at your own risk, and we will not be responsible/liable for any issues that may arise from you doing so!
Animals are NOT allowed inside the Stable View Air BnB!
Should one of our furry four-legged friends make a visit to your door, please DO NOT allow them entry into the guest area under any circumstances (as tempting as it may be).
Guests are not permitted in the barns, paddocks, or to have any contact with the horses unless accompanied by a member of our staff.
Barn tours are available upon request (except Sunday).
