Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale 204! 1 bed/1 bath condo in a premier location of S. Kihei. 300 yards from Kam 1 beach for great swimming & snorkelling! Plenty of shopping, dining/pubs, beaches, natural foods within walking distance. Best Rooftop deck with sweeping panoramic ocean views and BarBQ Grills. Condo is fully equipped with everything to feel at home, incl. free WiFi, parking (1 car), 2TVs/Cable (1 smart UHD TV), A/C, King bed, queen sofabed, and finally a large lanai to end your day.

The space
The condo is in a hotel zone - approved to remain a short term vacation rental by the governor. It was updated with Keyless entry, luxury vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), new king bed, new queen sofabed with 6 inch mattress, new Air Conditioner, lanai flooring, outdoor and indoor dining sets, portable bluetooth stereo, Flatscreen TV's (UHD Smart TV in living room). Free Wifi works great, new 72” ceiling fans, folding cart (groceries/ABC) & free parking for one vehicle! Walking distance to everything! Guests most appreciate: the condos extra amenities, spices, condiments, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella/beach gazebo, fluffy towels, comfortable bed, cleanliness etc.; the location of the condo and the fact that they could leave the car behind and walk to so many places. Large lanai (balcony) with ocean view and pull down screens to keep the heat out of unit. 2nd floor overlooking the pool, across the street from beach and restaurants, you can hear the ocean waves from inside the living room!

Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, oven & stove top, dishwasher, washer & dryer, coffee maker, keurig, toaster, griddle, blender, food processor, rice cooker, BBQ tools, beautiful cabinetry, fully stocked and tidy!

Bathroom has a nice shower/step up, no tub.

Bedroom: Very comfortable and new king bed, New linens and towels.

This unit is suitable for 4 maximum.

Minimum Age requirement is 25. Guests have access to everything in the condo for the duration of the stay. A fully equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer, heated pool, outdoor foot wash, upper deck/pavilion for barbecues, mingling, whale watching and amazing sunsets! Towels and Beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards and two coolers (small and large), umbrella. Games, cards, books/novels/beach sand toys. Cross the street with your beach gear and enjoy a day at the beach!

Aloha! We married in Kihei in 2010 (we were Maui'd) and continued our travels but Maui captivated our hearts!! Each Hawaiian Islands is amazing but Maui feels like home. We have realized our dream of owning this South Kihei condo sooner than ever possible due to a deep friendship and sisterhood, and now we want to share our little piece of paradise with people who want affordability in a prime sunny location! We love to explore this majestic island and walk the beaches in hopes to find the magnificent sea turtle sunning in the sand. There are always many to be seen in the water from shore or when snorkeling on the beaches in Maui! Take your beach chairs across the street to the beach or view the sunset from the rooftop deck! The sun sets early and fast here! Bring your camera! Everything you need is right here within walking distance! Shopping, dining, casual eating, bike and snorkel rental, pubs and beaches!
