Welcome to Kaz a Soley, your gîte nestled in the heart of a marina at the foot of the green mountains of Guadeloupe, ideal for disconnecting and exploring the island in all its richness.
☀️ Strategic location: between paradisiacal beaches🏖️, mountains and volcanoes⛰️, rivers with crystal clear waters💦, seabed🐟 (diving, snorkeling), colorful markets, restaurants and iconic cultural sites (banana, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, forts...). The hardest part will be choosing! We are available to guide you according to your wishes.

🌅The apartment is on the 1st floor of a secure residence. It can accommodate up to 4 people. A home renovated in 2019 to offer you an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity:
🛏️ An air-conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed (160*200), hybrid mattress, equipped with a large dressing room and a mosquito net.
🛋️ The second bed is located in the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (real mattress 140*190) with a quiet and efficient air breather.
🚿 A modern and spacious bathroom (washing machine, hairdryer...).
🍴 The living/dining room gives you access to a TV and WIFI.

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside or outside the accommodation. A surcharge of 100 euros will be charged if you exercise this right. A declaration of infringement with loss of deposit and claim for damages may also be requested.
~ RESPONSIBLE ACCOMMODATION ~
Air conditioning is recommended from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. + 2 hours in the afternoon for naps.
These recommendations are given for eco-responsible reasons and following a large number of abuses. For babies and young children, the schedules are obviously adaptable! Thank you!
~ SCHEDULES ~
* Check-in possible from 3pm. Flexible check-in if the place is ready before.
* The accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the last day. Flexible checkout if we can.

~ SUSTAINABLE ACCOMMODATION ~
* Waste recovery on the island is not as easy. Let's participate in the collection as best we can, we provide sorting bags.
* So make the most of your walks without leaving waste behind.
* WATER is precious, do not waste it. A Berkey System gravity water purifier is available to limit plastic bottles and save you from buying water bottles.
* A 300 L buffer tank is available to compensate for possible frequent water cuts on all the islands of Guadeloupe. We are the only ones on the marina to offer you this security in case cuts impact us.
* Reduce energy consumption by turning off lights, air conditioners and ceiling fans when you are away.
* Favor natural ventilation by opening the maximum number of openings + ceiling fan.
